Tony hold's a bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Wisconsin system with a major in Music Education. He has taught 40 years in public schools in

Wisconsin and Arizona.

The last sixteen of those years he taught in the Mesa School District. His elementary band performed at the 1991 Arizona Music Educators Convention. Selection was made by audition.

The year that Mesa adopted the Master Teacher Award (1999) Tony was the first music teacher to receive this award. 

Tony's gift in teaching instrumental music is focused on proper fundamentals for success.

He specializes in flute, clarinet, saxophone and trumpet from the beginning level to well into the intermediate level.
